Copper pot distilled and aged in Char #3 American Oak Barrels. All cuts off the still are made to taste (approximately 80%) and while a small part is used for snow melt, they are actually putting about 5% of the heads back into the distillate per batch to concentrate flavor and alcohol. This attributes for a lot of the grain quality, especially in the bourbon, differentiating itself from others on the market with a more maple syrup characteristic.
