Off-white almost onion skin in colour. On the nose reminiscent of fleshy fruit such as peach, with subtle lactic touches. On the palate it is crunchy, with body and length. A magnificent final perfume, a champagne to lay down for a long period. Seductive and full-flavored, with fine bubbles and a good back-bone of structure and grip – built to last.
