Nose: Dark cherries, cedar and cinnamon are up front; there's a bit of baking spices, too. Butterscotch and lightly burnt caramel make an appearance; alcohol is barely noticeable
Taste: Light black tea, soft caramel, subtle butterscotch with a honey sweetness and hint of gingersnaps; lingering cinnamon; oak
Finish: The flavors continue into the fairly long finish for the proof. The oak becomes more noticeable and white pepper and some barrel char is added, builds and lingers. Mild burn.
